Sleek Makeup Antique - 142 Blush Review
15.7.15
Lately I've been completely obsessed with finding new blushes. I just feel like it's such a staple and when used correctly it really enhances your features. I do have to say that I love this packaging. It's so simple, but elegant.
Antique is a rosy mauve with some shimmer in it. It is quite warm and unique. The color payoff is extraordinary, so the first time I applied it on my face I did use too much product and ended up looking comical. So I would recommend applying a little bit and if needed, building up the color.
Although in the pan it looks very shimmery, on the skin it's subtle and flattering. Also, I really like the fact that even though this is a powder blush, the consistency is super soft, creamy and easy to blend.
Overall, I'm in love with this blush. The packaging is difficult to open, but I assume that the more I use, the easier it will get to open. I've been using this product nonstop since I received it. It has become a total "holy grail" in my life.

It's so pretty!
ReplyDeleteIt really is! x
DeleteI have this blush as well and I also love it. And yes, I find it ridiculously hard to open... usually I have to utilize a nail file or a bobby pin to pry it open... but that's my only con. :)
ReplyDeleteRight?! It's really hard to open it! The idea of using a nail file or a bobby pin is really clever. I usually wrap my hand around my shirt so it doesn't hurt as much. I'll give your "technique" a try ;)
