This look is perfect for most events, such as prom, clubbing, the holidays... It's a quick and easy soft brown smokey eye paired with a classic matte red lip. I only used eyeshadows from the Urban Decay Naked palette and kept the tutorial very simple for beginners. I'm so in love with this lip color!

MAC Dance With Me Retro Matte Liquid Lipstick
When MAC announced their new liquid lipsticks I instantly fell in love with this shade. It reminded me a lot of Velvet Teddy, which is one of my favorite lip colors. Lady Be Good is described as a “warm mid-tone nude” and it is, in my opinion, the perfect nude lipstick.
First of all, the applicator is phenomenal. I love how much precision it gives and how easy it makes applying your lipstick. Like I mentioned in my review of Dance With Me, these liquid lipsticks have a lovely vanilla scent, just like any other MAC lipstick. This product is very pigmented and opaque. But the moment I smile, it quickly separates from my lip lines. To be honest, this is the only drawback from it. Overall, I do like the formula, it dries quickly and after dry it doesn't transfer. It's incredibly long lasting, I could go up to 5 hours without needing to touch up.
Even though this is a lot pricier than some amazing drugstore dupes ($20.00 for 5 ml / 0.17 fl. oz), I do think it's worth the investment if you love the color. The formula of Dance With Me is a lot more thin than Lady Be Good, but still, this is a really good quality lipstick.
